HOW MUCH DOES AN APPRAISAL COST?

What is the process and how long will it take to appraise my home?
A home appraisal is a multi-step process that first requires a home observation which lasts about an hour. During this time TxAppraising will take outside measurements and photos of outside and inside the home. The purpose of the photos is to illustrate the condition of the property. Please note that TxAppraising respects your privacy and is careful to avoid photographing people, family photographs, and religious items. After gathering pertinent information, TxAppraising will then continue the lengthier part of the process in-office and provide a detailed report within 3 working days.
